SARAN logo is Garduan. Garduan is Veda swaroopan and destroyer of evils. In this logo Garuda is adorning with eight serpents as ornaments, holding the Amrutha Kalasa acquired from the Devas to liberate his mother Vinatha from slavery. Garuda is a true role model for a Sevak and one who carries MahaVishnu.

SARAN Sevaks (Volunteers), comprising individuals across age groups, dedicate their valuable time in  learning  traditional scriptures,  adhering  to Sanathana Dharma practices and  actively promoting & protecting Sanatana culture.  

Under the guidance of Sri APN Swami, SARAN Sevaks serve across the globe including India, Australia, Middle East, Europe – Geneva and USA and conduct following  activities. 

  • Engaging in social, traditional and cultural activities to safeguard Sanathana Dharma.
  • Helping in renovation of ancient Temples with the focus to take our culture to next generation.
  • Spreading the significance of temple festivals by conducting awareness program to common public.
  • Honoring scholars and sevaks across all sects who are torch bearers of our tradition.
  • Attracting and nurturing young talent focusing in teaching Sanathana path to  our next generation.
  • Organizing medical camps.
  • Providing free meals (annadhanam), and water kiosks (thanneer pandhal) during temple festivals.
  • Restoring ancient books, palm leaf scriptures in Digital format.
  • Publishing books in Tamil, English, and Kannada to share the wisdom from our ancient scriptures as taught by our Acharyas
  • Conducting public discourses, traditional classes (kalakshepam)  and novel workshops focusing on Swami Ramanujacharya’s Vishishtadvaitha philosophy.
  • Making films, short films, and documentaries about traditional practices, ancient temples, rivers, etc. One of the key projects of SARAN is the feature film “Ghantavatharam” which depicts the life of the great Acharya Swami Vedanta Desikan who saved Lord Ranganathan during the Turkish Invasion at Srirangam 750 years ago.

    • “Chennaiyil Srivilliputhur” – சென்னையில் ஸ்ரீவில்லிபுத்தூர் a grand event at Chennai conducted to show case the greatness of Andal, her birth place Srivilliputhur and her works Nachiyar Thirumozhi and Thiruppavai.“Elangyar Yezhuchi Maanaadu” – இளைஞர் எழுச்சி மாநாடு program for the younger generation at Chennai which drew an excellent participation of youngsters and created a wonderful awareness on our tradition among youngsters during 1000th year celebrations of Kurathazhwan.“Nadanukku Nadanjali” – நாதனுக்கு நாதாஞ்சலி  event at Chennai centered on Nathamuni, the propounder of Divya prabhandam and one who promoted Tamil literature in the form of dance, drama and music (இயல், இசை , நாடகம்).“Dharshanodayam” – தர்சநோதயா event at Thiruvallur,Chennai celebrating Bhagavad Sri Ramanujacharya’s 1000th birth anniversary (Sahasrabdhi) aimed in promoting age old culture, music and art forms of Tamilnadu as envisioned by Swami Ramanujacharya a great social reformer. “Desika Bhakthi Samrajyam” – தேசிக பக்தி ஸாம்ராஜ்யம் a mega cultural event presided by then Governer Sri Bhanwarilal Purohit for Swami Vedanta Desikan’s 750th birth anniversary, aiming to spread his teachings in an engaging cultural format.
    • “Vande Vatsa Vibhushanam” வந்தே வத்ஸ விபூஷணம் – a series of events conducted during the centenary celebration of Sri APN Swami’s Acharya, Sri Purisai Swami, a great scholar and a recipient of the Rashtrapathi Award.

    • “Sri Paduka Sahasram Mahotsavams” – ஸ்ரீ பாதுகா ஸஹஸ்ர மஹோத்ஸவம் hailing the greatness of Rama Paduka, conducted nationwide every year in various places including Bengaluru, Chennai (Mylapore, Thiruvallur, Nanganallur, Perungalathur),  Sriperumbudur, Nandigram(Ayodhya), Mumbai & Hyderabad.
    • “Thirumaligai Thorum Swami Desikan” – திருமாளிகைதோறும் ஸ்வாமி தேசிகன் – A Sathsang event in homes focusing in getting back to roots and to promote our tradition.  as taught by Swami Vedanta Desikan.
    • “Bhavanam Thorum Paduka ” – பவனம் தோறும் பாதுகா – A Sathsang event to spread the glory of SriRama and Sri Rama Paduka
    • “Ramanuja Daya Pathram Utsavam” – ராமானுஜ தயா பத்ர உத்ஸவம்  held annually at Melkote in Karnataka during the Tamil month Avani on the star Hastham to commemorate the birth of the invocatory verses on Swami Vedanta Desikan a scholar and reformist without whom Lord Rangathan returning to Srirangam would not be possible.

Panchajanyam Trust  funds the social, traditional and cultural activities which are executed by SARAN Sathsang for more than two decades.  Panchajanyam Trust serves as the financial force, while SARAN acts as the workforce.

               The trust offers funds for activities including social, cultural and traditional activities to protect Hindu Dharma. These activities involve helping in the renovation of ancient temples, spreading the significance of temple festivals through awareness programs, honoring scholars and sevaks across all sects who are torchbearers of our tradition, nurturing young talent in the Sanathana path, organizing medical camps, providing free meals (Annadhanam), and water kiosks (Thanneer Pandhal) during temple festivals, digitizing to preserve ancient books/palm leaves in Tamil and Sanskrit, publishing books in Tamil, English, and Kannada, making movies, short films, and documentaries on Sanathana Dharma, and organizing revolutionary traditional and cultural events and programs focusing on young generations including kids.                 SARAN (Sampradaya Anushtana Rakshana AbhimaN) Sevaks (volunteers) extend their active voluntary service and their valuable time towards the Sanathana Dharma activities initiated by Panchajanyam Trust.
